How to place an order on the Sandelin B. Création website
When you have found the jewel you are looking for, click on “Add to cart” from the product sheet.
For rings and bracelets, don't forget to indicate the desired size.
You can then view, modify or delete the contents of your order by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top right of each page of the site.
To confirm the order, simply click on “validate my order”.
You will then be directed to the second step to communicate the delivery address.
After payment, a confirmation will be sent by email.
Are all the jewels available for purchase on the Sandelin B. Création website?
Not all of our jewelry is always available for sale on our site. If you are interested in one of our creations but it is not currently available, do not hesitate to contact our
Customer Relations Service by email or telephone. We will check the availability of the product and advise you of the delivery time.
How can I get assistance with placing my order?
You would like to place an order on the site but you need help or additional information.

How to submit a return request?
Send an email to contact@sandelin.ch to request a return.
Please include: Your online order number present in the order confirmation email and the reason for your return request.
Following your online purchase, you have up to 14 days to request a refund. Exchanges are only possible by contacting us directly by email or telephone.
Prepare your return package
Please include all original items that were part of your package. It will take a few days after receiving the package to verify the condition of the jewelry. Any damaged jewelry will not be eligible for a refund.
As a reminder, any personalized jewelry (with engraving) cannot be refunded or exchanged. An engraving request can be made after the fact.
Your refund
If the jewelry, packaging and case are not damaged, your refund will take place within 2 to 3 days.
Return for exchange
Send an email to contact@sandelin.ch to request a return for an exchange.

If my order has been shipped
To know the status of your order placed on the site, log in to your Sandelin B. Création account.
Click on “My Orders”:
- If your order status is "Payment Pending" your order has been registered and we are waiting for a payment confirmation from your bank.
- If the status of your order is "In validation" your order has been registered, the payment validated. The order is therefore being prepared.
- If your order status is "Shipped" the package has been shipped to the delivery address indicated during checkout.
- If your payment status is "Cancelled" the order has been cancelled or the payment has not been approved by your bank.
My order still hasn't arrived, what should I do?
If your order is announced as "Shipped" and the estimated delivery time has passed, we invite you to contact us very quickly by email at the following address: contact@sandelin.ch or to ask to be called back by telephone at your convenience by an advisor by giving us your telephone number.
